"The best thing about staying here is the fact that the mall was connected to it. I requested an early check in and upon arrival to the property, after 19 hrs of travel, the room was not ready. Then I upgraded to a suite which they said would be ready faster, but I waited 3 hrs, up until normal check ..."

"スタッフさんたちはフレンドリーで、対応も早いです。初日にシャワーからお湯が出なかったのですが、すぐに対応してくれました。セーフティボックスが壊れていたのですが、フロントで貴重品を預かってくれました。テレビがつかなかったり、小さいゴキブリが出たり雨漏り？がしたりと、色々起こりましたが、リーズナブルなのでまぁこんなものかな、と。シャワーの水圧も弱いですが、雨で洗ってると思えば楽しいです(笑)フィリピンを感じられるホテルでした！"
