"It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access."

"Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast well stocked and varied for even a fussy eater like me. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and deck chairs and areas all clean and well looked after. Very good standard of cleanliness in main part. The room we had had very good amenities and was spacious. They do need updating as the bathroom was tired looking and the bedroom furniture. Lounge area of room had modern furniture. "Our stay at Casa Mespilea was absolutely wonderful. It’s a glorious place with quiet low key vibes, a wonderful courtyard space to eat and fantastically kind staff. I only had breakfast on one day, but the pancakes were fantastic and the fruit was wonderfully fresh. The room was comfy and clean, with divine air conditioning as well.
