Perfect hotel for families. The pool areas are great and always clean. the lifeguards were great with my son when he got hurt. Everyone on the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The girls at reception helped us with everything we needed. Our flight got cancled and the reservation woman did everything she could to help us and extend our stay. The cook and bartender at the pool area were amazing. Always smiling. Just an overall amazing stay. Will definitely come back

Great value for money! We stayed at this hotel five years ago, when it belonged to a different chain, and honestly didn’t like it back then. This time, we had no expectations — it was just convenient for our big group with lots of kids, and the price was affordable. The hotel is quite old, but clean and well maintained. The food was good: fresh, tasty, and with a pretty wide variety. The drinks were great too — which is very rare for a 4-star hotel in Cyprus! The water park was a lot of fun for the kids. And last but definitely not least — the staff were all super friendly and welcoming! We really appreciate that. Special thanks to Patty from the entertainment team — we love you, you’re the best! That was the most amazing aqua aerobics I’ve ever seen. You truly made our days ❤️

Family hotel with nice pool area

Very nice hotel especially for families with small kids! Pool area is nice and clean, rooms are okay with comfortable bed. The interior design could have a update and few amenities could be added, for example we could have had some use for drying rack. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. Extra shout out to the best entertainment group we’ve experienced, they were very good with kids, the mini disco was the highlight of our holiday for sure. The fire show was also amazing!! Food was okay, but I think healthier choices should be added as well as more selection for vegetarians and pescatarians. Restaurant and lobby could be a little more atmospheric with warmer lights, table clothes for dinner etc.. all in all nice hotel!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff work very hard and are extremely friendly to all family members. The rooms were great, we had upgraded to sea view, we had a perfect location for all amenities. It’s on the beach front, it’s a pebbled beach as previously stated. The water park is great fun, plenty of sunbeds. All inclusive option sorted us, we all managed to find something to eat and never went hungry. Whilst there aren’t tons of options for evening meals, what is offered is well cooked and seasoned. The meze meal was fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed being offered this as part of the AI package. The daily snack bar is ‘heated to order’ by a one man band, he works hard but most definitely would benefit from some help/ or pre packing the food could work well, until then customer patience would go a long way.

The property itself is a decent aqua resort with its negative and positive points. We’ve been there several times before in summer time and it was good. Unfortunately in spring the outdoor water zones are cold due to the weather conditions , while indoor zone is cold as well due to the lack of management. Also tons of Moscitos inside the room, nothing was provided by the hotel to get rid of it. The food is decent , the facilities are 50/50 depending on what you want to see

We had a great stay as a family of 3. We had a one bed apartment and it had loads of space for us to relax in, with a huge super king bed and a bed in the living area. The pools and splash pad/water park are great, we had to bribe our 4 year old to stop swimming to explore outside of the hotel! Food was good for the price we paid. Lots of fresh fruit, and some lovely salads. Kids had friendly options each meal time too. The hotel is right next to the sea, with a rocky/shingle beach, lovely sea views. For those looking to explore, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the really family friendly Coral bay beach. There's a free shuttle bus to the zoo from just around the corner. And the 615 bus to/from Paphos (with an easy connection to the harbour bus) was smooth. The only down side is that the evening entertainment is outside and we could hear it in our apartment until about 10:30pm each night. Perhaps it would be quieter if you were in a block a little further from the main hotel complex.

We enjoyed our stay. Good is all ok, we always found things we liked. It is fresh and ok presented. Restaurant Can be busy at times. A shame that the childrens entertainment every evening from 19.30 is right in the restaurant, when we where having dinner. Very disappointed with lack of sun-chair system or rules. All chairs are “reserved” with Towels from before 7 am. No chance of getting a spot for 4 people this way. The hotel should really consider rules or a system to help all guests. We loved Lazy River. All in all a nice place, nice and friendly staff.

A basic hotel that fails to meet many expectations

This is definitely not a four star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are very basic and there is a severe ant problem throughout the whole hotel. “All inclusive” is not all inclusive, most of the included drinks are horrendous and most of the drinks you would enjoy are not included (if you can find a bar that is open). There was a member of check in staff who was exceptionally rude. Will not be rushing back.

FOUR STAR HOTEL? When? Why? How?

Firts time getting into the room, i had to take out a small lizart. All was looking good apart from missing pillows. Went to ask from the reception, but they told me that cleaning service was not available so i had to wait until morning. So had to sleep first night with no pillow. Following day i went again asking for extra pillows, and again at lunch time, but nothing. My husband then went to get some in the afternoon, and was not leaving the reception empty handed. One hour later he got them. And no, this is not the reason for the low score. Reasons are the kids crib having a folded blanket for mattress. Ants in the bathroom. Waiting 20 min for eggs in the morning. Running out of various items at breakfast. No orange juice, no water glasses or coffee cups - they had to bring paper cups at some point - NO COFFEE apart from plain black coffee with no milk - waiting 10 min for milk for kids corn flakes, breaded potatoes were reheated from previous day, waiting forever for someone to come and clean a table to be able and sit for breakfast, not having ANY TRASH BINS in the whole hotel in all areas, apart from a few which were just for recycling, no sufficient cleaning room service... Had the Clean my Room paper on my door handle from the morning i left the room, and until 19:00 when i went back, nobody cleaned it. Despite all of these though, and the hotel being HUGELY UNDERSTAFFED, a very big WELL DONE to the staff, which were doing their best to please their guests.
