Rear door entrance door knob was broken We were not provided access card for the pool at the time of check in, and when I asked for it on my third day of visit I was insisted to go and get it from the checkin location which was around 8 km away. After objecting it strongly somebody was sent to deliver it to us."

"The pool at this time of the year is no open but the spa was suppose to be but no both were close. For the rest very nice condo."
