"Friendly staff , Good breakfast and Great location close to Copacabana beach. However , the Gym requires refurbishment, equipment was well dated and getting into the room using the Magnetic stripe key card key card was also a nightmare. Otherwise my stay was relatively okay."

"This property is in a perfect location to the action on the beach Staff pleasant especially Renna at check in he was very welcoming and helpful even gladly helped arrange a last minute tour which was excellent I would stay there again The only drawback was breakfast I could not enjoy the soft scrambled eggs and sausage everyday they should consider variety ..all in all a wonderful clean place"

"Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff at check in. Comfy bed, good breakfast, nice pool area with great views. My only issue was the windows in our room were so dirty it ruined the amazing view, which was the rooms selling point."

"The hotel is small, but cozy; breakfast was excellent. We found everyone most accommodating, very helpful. There has to be a great management too to hire people with charisma & willing to help at any time. It would have made our stay much easier though if there would have been a bottle of water in the room & tissues. Also the lighting in the room was poor. We found the location fantastic, as there are many stores, supermarket, Mall & restaurants at walking distance. The Marina across the hotel...

"Ich hatte einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders gefallen haben mir das leckere Frühstück und die gute Lage. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne komme ich wieder!"

"El internet nunca funcionó en la habitación. Tuve que trabajar en el lobby y fue muy incómodo por el ruido. Cobraron 100R por estacionamiento y realmente el carro se queda en la calle “cuidado” por los vigilantes del hotel. En general la atención del hotel podría mejorar."
