"Ac / heating units are old and make alot of noise. I was woken up at 430am to what sounded a fire alarm going off. Turns out it was the ac unit on the ceiling. Called down and was offered ear plugs or to change rooma at 430 AM I was able to finally fall back to sleep around 8am. Went down to show them a video of the sounds and where it was coming....i was apologized to and given 1 hour extra to check out at 12 instead of 11...talk about not being aware of how the customer feels. I can care less about the "thank you" for letting them know about the AC... Probably will avoid this hotel moving forward, as i felt like i was not taken care of."

"The room was nice, but trash all over the property. Trash spilling out of dumpster next to my cabin. The pool was swamp green I actually ended up leaving and not staying the night"

"Absolutely loved this place parking is a little tight but other than that everything was very clean and put together it was very cozy felt loved the fireplace there is a gas station right across which is very convenient in my opinion . Lake arrowhead village was only 9 min away there was a stater bros, cvs and plenty of food and shops me and my family will definitely be going back "

"This was our 1st time staying at an "Air B & B Style" Rental. It was a great new adventure. The Condo was as advertised. Clean, spacious, great view of the lake, but could walk to store and restaurants. I would defiantly stay again. "

"We arrived at the house to find several issues right away. All of the towels were left in the dryer, there were no soaps or bath mats provided, and one of the bedrooms was missing drapes. The directions for accessing the house were also incorrect, though the owner was responsive in helping us get in. The biggest disappointment was the downstairs area. It wasn’t really usable as a living space — instead, it was set up more like a storage room with six large, non-functioning slot machines. Because of this, we didn’t spend any time downstairs and only passed through when coming and going. Overall, the house had potential, but these details made the stay less comfortable than expected. "
