"This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s about 10 minutes from patong beach, which was fine. Just a 5-7USD grab car. Breakfast had so many options and all the food was great! One thing I do wish the front desk would have provided is a calendar of events that they have during the week of stay. There was a fire show Thursday afternoon near the lobby, and we did not know about it until we arrived in the lobby. The hotel is on a hill so you have to call a buggy every time you leave your room...

"At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself. Are you in Phuket to look at all the attractions or do you intend to stay at your resort for the entire stay. If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. "The stay at the Liv Hotel was absolutely great. The staff were first and foremost very welcoming and kind for the entirety of the stay. When we were set to leave, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The staff did not hesitate to arrange to have us back at our original hotel room, with fresh towels and amenities topped up! The security was also very lovely to the customers, and maintained constant care of who entered and left the hotel, always providing us a warm welcome...

"The hotel is very cute and feels authentically Thai. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant on the property had delicious food. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the downtown area several times a day. I did feel that the property was a bit expensive, as it is slightly dated. It may have been more costly due to the Chinese new year… However, the staff made up for it, they made us feel very welcomed. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend. Water filter on every floor however low everyday but available all the time in the gym to refill water bottles. Room comes with 2 bottles daily which was great.
