"We both agreed that this is one of the top hotels we've stayed in. Staff are keen to help and always polite. The room was immaculate, and sea view was superb. As this was only a short stay while we passed through Busan we spent most of the days out and didn't have time to explore all the amenities on offer inside the hotel. Location is fantastic, however, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer."

"The Haeundae, Busan location is very convenient and close to lots of dining options, shopping areas, the beach and the subway stations. It was easy to go from one place to another as there are lots of taxisin the area as well if you prefer that over public transportation. The building was easy to locate and the room was clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay. There are 2 convenience stores as well, one just outside the lobby and one across the building. It's also a smart home so need to be a bit tech savvy to operate the lights, wall sockets and appliances (english labels would be a big help here). Walking distance to restaurant strips, convenience stores and the beach. Overall a wonderful stay."
