"We had a wonderful stay. Our check in was easy and the lady was so sweet and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The facility was nice, great location and easy to get in and out of both by car and by foot. We would definitely stay in a Rosen property again."

"The room size was great. The waterpark was under construction throughout the entire stay so my children could not enjoy it. Also, there were issues with not having enough linen for two days, then when i requested a linen change later in the trip, it took over 8 hrs for new linen to be provided."

Friendly but unhelpful staff, they listened to concerns but didn’t bother to provide enough pillows for my family and told us the hotel had no extra pillows to provide for our room. The room had. "This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was chaotic from the moment our Lyft turned into the driveway. So many lines and the noise during the night and early in the morning was unbearable. It was the opposite of relaxing and we immediately changed hotels. "
