"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"We absolutely love this hotel. Very clean, very close to the beautiful Venice beach . They provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. The water fill station was great! Didn’t have to buy any water! Breakfast was good, always fresh fruit, pastries , muffins , cereals excellent coffee and different juices. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive ! Will definately be returning as soon as we can!

"Absolutely terrible experience. Our Father’s Day weekend was completely ruined. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the AC in our room wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, we waited over four hours before being provided with a portable AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Our 2 year old struggled all night because of the constant noise.

"I stayed here for a Nursing class for a week in at the end of June and all was good until the las two days. There was a sports team of teenagers that checked in that were extremely loud the whole time they were there. Running up and down the halls, slamming doors, and yelling until 1 o'clock in the morning each day. I called and complained a few times and the staff stated that they informed the parents and coach however nothing changed. I had to leave a day early because a lack of sleep."
