"Quick stay before driving to Vegas, room was comfy enough, but activities outside were very load and disruptive."

"Staff were incredibly friendly and room recently remodeled. Still going through some hallway renovations but it was a pleasant, quiet stay!"

"I booked a king room, the girl at the front desk put me in a queen room saying that is what I booked, when I showed her my reservation on Hotels.com proving I booked a king bed she then changed her story and said we gave all the king rooms to the miners. I asked her for a refund so I could go somewhere else, and she refused, I said I am not getting the room I paid for or booked, she still refused to refund me. After telling her I was going to call hotels.com she gave me a double queen. Then at 9:30 at night she woke my wife and I up by calling our room to ask if we had booked two rooms; like what the hell how unprofessional can you be, no respect for guests, parking is inadequate."

"The listing said the room I was reserving had a memory foam mattress which is the ONLY reason I chose it as I needed a bed that was not hard, as hard beds hurt my shoulders and neck. Well the bed was not memory foam and I got very little sleep. What sleep I did get was painful. "
