"This is a lovely clean home in a quintessential Tico neighborhood with secure off street parking. Very safe in a very tasteful way. Prettiest bathroom I've seen in Costa Rica. A couple of fans would have been nice in the afternoon. But we had perfect weather so it wasn't too bad really. The location was a challenge at first but then proved to be ideal. Whatsapp keeps the communication great and makes your stay private. Text them just about anything you want and it is done. You can also order Uber eats and get grocerys or food delivered. "Property is outside of the downtown hustle, but that also meant there was nothing extra around like dining options. It is generally quick to get an Uber to move around from the area (unless you hit traffic). But if you are looking to be away from more of the city environment, but still be close by, this is a great place. "
