"The property looked OK and smelled OK, but it was not clean in my room. The shower I actually needed shower shoes that was a first for me. There was hair all over the room. The bed was clean. The air conditioner was super loud and the shower leaked all over the floor. "We booked this stay for our trip to universal, it was a great location that is close by to the parks. We were aware of the shuttle service, however we did not use it. There are a lot of dining options near by which is great. So location is wonderful.
Breakfast was okay, mostly bagels, yogurt, oatmeal that kind of thing. Very limited and light breakfast, the only protein option was hard boiled eggs. It was easy and convenient for something quick.
The rooms are very clean, and AC worked...

"The room and property had not been upgraded since the 1970's. No couch or lounge chair. Only 3 small lamps in the main room - felt like a dungeon. Had to go into the bath room to read a book. No USB ports - period. Could not charge anything. No wall coverings. Made the room feel very sterile. No clock. Window had not been cleaned for long time. Bar was a joke. Breakfast was good."

Iron did not work, coffee never got replaced during housekeeping including other things, dirt next to elevator in hallways, can't get anyone to answer phone for housekeeping/reception.
