"I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms."

These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. "The air conditioning was in adequate for the size of the suite. When checking out I rang the bell at the main desk and no one appeared. I went down for breakfast 15 minutes before closing and there were very few if any at all choices while the staff sat a table waiting to clean up."

"I travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels! My genuine review: Very clean rooms, beds were actually comfortable, rooms are quiet! Staff was so-so, not bad, but not stellar. Location is amazing. Breakfast is literally top 3 for me the past few years in terms of hotels, legit was a solid perk on top of the amazing rooms. I travel to Chicago area often, and this is 99% my go to stay!"

"There wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed we were three people clearly requested in our reservation. then the bedding arrived and was broken. I requested another bedding set and finally arrived. Later in the evening i requested to freeze some ice packs to keep my medicine refrigerated during our trip and the following day the ice packs were not frozen. So I had to wait for hours to get the icepacks frozen so I could travel. Really bad experience"
