"La habitación ,( manija rota del baño,luces que no enciende, el flow no funcionaba ,pintura de paredes y edificio,una planta seca , sillón muy antiguo y la heladera goteaba y pocos utensillos de cocina). Todo esto por el precio pagado . Esperaba mas"

"Ok I was one of the first guests , of course it was clean and new. Be aware there is no staff at night so when I arrived, I could not turn the heat on. It was a very cold night. Little things since it was so new; I could not open any soap or shampoo containers. The breakfast always good and a very nice neighborhood"

"The buffet breakfast is excellent, and the indoor pool is fantastic. Cars are parked outdoors without any covered area. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are average considering the price. The staff is extremely kind and helpful."

" hoteles.com o el hotel Horizonte, no hacen bien las cosas, si es sin hidromasaje la habitación, entonces en Hoteles.com no deberían ofrecerlo. O, el hotel debería dar la habitación con hidro, como debe ser, sin recargo. Tuve que poner 20 lucas mas, pero no corresponde. Alguien está a favor del robo."

"Cama razoável, travesseiro péssimo, muito muito ruido da rua, não consegui dormir, parecia que a cama estava na rua. Havia uma cafeteira e lâmpada na mesa, mas não havia, acredite se quiser, tomadas próximas, ou seja eram meros objetos de enfeite. Chuveiro razoável, mas alagava o banheiro, mesmo tomando cuidado para não espirrar muita água. Toalhas muito velhas e algumas rasgadas. Café da manhã sofrivel e o local do café muito quente, não dava para ficar. Starbucks colado ao hotel, mas também...

"No AC, had to move by myself to another room, after maintenance staff suggested to just open the windows. Two times there were no towels after room service. The phone to call front desk had a busy signal all the time. Not recommended. "
