"Very bad communication & self check in ist not giving you all information you need for your room - it was very complicated to get a room… we ended in an already used bedroom bc they were not organized. Somebody came in our room at night and then looked us in - as mentioned we didnt have any keys or anything. We were not provided with the door code either after our self check in"

"GOOD POINTS: 1) This may be the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at. Every day the staff does a fantastic job cleaning the common areas and the floors in each room. 2) The location is great. 3) The building is new. 4) showers have actually hot water. 5) group dinner every Monday is nice. 6) some bedrooms have USB A sockets directly built into the wall. BAD POINTS: 1) Rooms have no heating for winter. Curitiba is COLD in winter and it is unbelievable that the hostel does not provide any...
