"My husband and I had a really good stay at the LABE hotel Tours Centre Gar. It’s super conveniently located just literally few steps from the Central Station on the beautiful square. The hotel itself is very clean and beautifully designed. But most importantly the staff is amazing! They helped so much! From giving direction on how to better reach surrounding attractions to answering any question about the hotel. Very friendly and helpful even though we don’t speak French. Breakfast was delicious...

"Would not recommend this hotel at all.
Awful, had to wait 20mins because the check in was at 2pm. Then a further 20mins so she could check with her manager if she was okay to check us in..key card didn't work so had to left our bags in the locker room!
Heating didn't work and they didn't know how to fix it.
Asked for a different room, told me they were all the same! No food available!!
Only couple in the hotel.
Decided to leave asked for a refund and told me to fill in a complaint and it was up...

"Le monsieur de l’accueil a été très aimable très gentil.
Le petit déjeuner était bien.
Nous avons une chambre qui n’était pas celle que nous avions réservé donc très déçu. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres quand on arrive. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain WC, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Nous avons eu une chambre avec trois lits simples alors que j’avais demandé un lit double lit simple ce n’est pas normal, surtout au prix des chambres, je ne pense pas revenir dans...
