"Very nice and clean"

"Nice and bigger room with a comfortable bed. It’s 10 mins away from the train station. There is s a supermarket, pub and restaurants around the vicinity which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The room is clean but the hotel don’t have any facilities e.g cafe etc. The sound insulation is poor and you can hear people talking from the other room clearly."

"I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps others. The place had no AC when it was 105 degrees outside, making it impossible to sleep. I ended up leaving Paris a day early because of it. On top of that, there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. The night staff was terrible and answered questions with a bad attitude. I’m leaving this review so others don’t make the same mistake I did."

"The apartment was clean and well maintained; however, it was not heated during our entire stay. We did not have hot water for showering, and we were unable to sleep because it was so cold. We reported the issue to the accommodation several times, and a technician was sent once, but the problem was neither repaired nor resolved. We returned home sick after our trip."

"Ik koos voor dit hotel vanwege zijn fijne locatie bij het metrostation net verbindingen naar zowel Gare Du Nord als Disneyland. Het hotel bevindt zich in een vervallen wijk, en dat is ook de staat van het hotel zelf. De kamer is heel minimaal, zonder enige extra's als koffiemachine of een kluis. De badkamer is klein in het bijzonder de douchekabine. Verder is de schoonmaak ook niet top. Handdoeken en beddengoed zijn netjes en schoon, maar de kamer zelf kan wat meer aandacht gebruiken. "Calme et propreté"

"Check in was smooth, rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and kind. The second night the hot water in my room stopped working and they put me in a new room very quickly with no issue. Bed was clean and comfortable. Would happily stay there again. Very close to the train station so access to downtown Paris is very easy"

"My little dog and I have stayed at this palace five times in the past few months while my pup Underwent medical treatment at the nearby l’ENVA. Zenao is fabulous. Spanking new, well equipped suites and great staff and residents. The location is perfect for the train to Paris and to airports and shopping locally is very high quality. "Séjour d'une nuit sur place pour une personne seule. Bel accueil avec une proposition en amont de l'arrivée de préparer une chambre avec un lit double au lit de 2 lits simples. Chambre très propre, spacieuse et globalement calme. On entend toutefois bien le voisin de la chambre d'en face quand il arrive et part et un fond sonore quand la télévision est allumée mais sans que cela ne soit gênant "
