However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. "Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. "The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."

"Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere.
