"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.

"Great location and hospitality by Giuseppe. He recommended many places to see and eat within walking distance. The Lungomare promenade is very easy to walk to and breakfast at the bar next door was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean with nice towels and amenities. Very easy to access the building and room with a card. We would stay again in the future."
"The hotel was absolutely lovely. We only stayed one night but I wish we had stayed more… The room was romantic and the rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the harbor. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. "The Place is near to the sea and right next to a bus station. There is a good restaurant and a few lilttle bars aswell. Lorenzo is really a nice host and he cares about. The breakfast he made was one of the best i had after 8 weeks of travelling. In general he let you feel very welcome and is easy to talk to. The Room and bathroom is very nice and clean. You have plenty of space.
One thing what didnt worked out that well was the wifi downstairs. There is no connection. Expect of this its perfect...
