"This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced so far. The only positive was Lamiaa, who was incredibly kind and accommodating — she waited for us even after check-in had closed because we had mistakenly gone to another hotel with the same name (Scoiattolo), which caused us to detour for over an hour. She was genuinely friendly, and we appreciated that the hotel also allowed us to park our car freely. The surroundings outside the hotel offer fairly nice mountain views as...

"We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Great hotel just outside Cortina. Lovely rooms and staff were helpful at all times. Definitely value for money. Only thing to consider when planning trips around the area is the shuttle service can be a wait, as many guests use it, heading in all directions from the hotel."

"The hotel has the potential to be GRAND: the rooms and common areas are spacious and comfortable, however perhaps for lack of staff during the summer season, their half-board service was slow without a wine list. That said, the staff that was there were AMAZING and hard-working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The free access to the spa rooms/sauna was appreciated and relaxing."

"El hotel esta bien mantenido y bin situado en el cento de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son muy ruidosos, en un viaje a Cortina uno busca tranquilidad y eso se consigue con un hotel en las afueras de Cortina. En las mañanas siempre nos despertaba un aserradero, el ruido de la recogida de las botellas vacías etc. Si vuelvo a Cortina me quedare en un hotel fuera del centro de la ciudad."
