The staff was very accomodating to my plant-based breakfast request and made sure I had enough food. Our room safe battery died right before our check out and the staff resved the issue in a very professional and fast manner. The area is great too. Would stay here again. "

"The Pause apartments are in a very central location. The hosts, Beatriz and Gil were wonderful. They were very responsive to all of our needs and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day while we went on a tour. I will say that our place was a bit noisy early in the morning, once for an alarm that was going off and the second sounded like some construction (constant hammering starting at 7 am). Otherwise it was a good stay."

"Lovely apartment, perfect for a long weekend, opposite the entrance to the Market & near the Metro entrance yet still quiet despite being in a central location. Communication was excellent, friendly & helpful check-in with loads of information. Would stay again & highly recommend."

"Quaint place, recently renovated. It was quiet place in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the poor internet connectivity, I mean not even able to send text messages, the signal got weaker the further we were from the router. I had it looked at but nothing could be done. I had a PT SIM card and data so it was okay for me. Great place to stay other than this issue. "
