Breakfast nice but staff could be more helpful, when I asked about coffee, I was directed straight to the coffee machine, although there was a coffee machine behind the bar. "Disclaimer - based on Europe experiences and travel. Customer service was good. Check in easy and quick. I booked with Expedia and had no problems. Room was European style, bed (double) was comfortable but not much room to move around room. The bathroom was wide and windows for natural light and fresh air.
