"We had a junior suite. Room was clean and well maintained by staff. The bathroom was ok but tiles need upkeep. More importantly the shower water was far too hot and extremely sensitive so getting the right temperature was very challenging. The biggest issue was the lack of ac in the room. Due to the heat wave, the room was extremely hot and ac was simply extremely weak to the point of not working."

"Ho prenotato la migliore suite con terrazzo 500 euro e passa a notte ! Formiche ovunque! Nel letto , nelle tazze del caffè , nella macchinetta del caffè , nelle capsule del caffè (era un contenitore con caffè a palline non sigillato). Inoltre un rumore molesto ogni 30 secondi, provenire dal bagno ! Non andate nella suite 747! Ho foto e video ho chiamato il manager il quale ha visto tutto e poi è sparito. Mi hanno proposto il 10% di sconto! Ho rifiutato! Le foto ed i video che ho unitamente al...

"Hotel d’Orsay has a wonderful location. It is walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff are very accommodating in helping arrange transportation, museum tickets, etc. I can’t wait to return!"

"Lovely staff. Great location. Nice breakfast. Be careful about having the duplex room. Nice high ceiling but the toilet is downstairs without a basin and up a set of suicide stairs is a bath and basin. We went up and down very carefully."

"Stay out of room 301. Terrible experience. This room has no direct sunlight and it is under the staircase. Whoever is walking on the stairs it is like someone is jumping on top of the room and even walls are shaking. Other than that hotel is nice , good location. Just not the room 301.and also no refrigerator in the rooms."
