"The staff were incredibly professional and attentive from the time of booking to checkout. They wanted to make everything perfect. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very nice, varied, with attentive staff. The rooms are quiet, you can open windows to let in fresh air in or use black out curtains. They are extraordinarily well located, safe, close to various metro stops. The beds are esp comfortable and soft!"

"Staff was not helpful and couldn't care less about you. Elevator was broken when we arrived. So service elevator was the only option, which also felt like it was going to break. Booked a room with a balcony but when we checked in they said they were all out. We got a free bottle of champagne with our stay due to our status with Expedia. We repeatedly asked for ice to put the bottle on anc NEVER received it. We go to Paris once a year. I have loved every hotel we've stayed at there until this...
"Beautiful hotel, very clean and excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and cleaned to a good standard each day. Complementary water, and tea / coffee making facilities were available in the room. The reception area had additional water, coffee and pastries each day. The breakfast was very good, with a good range of food and lovely attentive service. Would recommend this hotel."
