I booked at the Hotel for a few nights, it was lovely from the outside on arrival, considering the reviews and stars allocated, I think it was misleading, when we arrived we had no assistance with luggage to our room, the service was amenable but not high. when we went into the lift, it was not clean it was in fact very dirty had not been cleaned. Moving to hallway upstairs and our bedroom the carpet had never been vacuumed and it was not at all clean. I was surprised the visuals online looked completely different,
On the mattress that was supposedly clean we found a lot of hairs and random bits. It didn't seem thoroughly cleaned and I was sure it was a breeding ground for bed bugs.
Although we didn't get bitten, the though of the dirt in the bed, which we attempted to clean, remained in back of our minds.
Basic things like hair dryer where missing from room, and I have to go and collect. which was fustrating, their were not enough hangers in room.
No fridge, No safe meant you could leave any food or valuables in hotels, and had to take it with you.
I requested milk from hotel but they said they did not provide, I had to get a special delivery for milk from outside into hotel at 2am it was annoying.
if your looking for a bed, and not worried about dirt and messiness, not worried about cleanliness then go ahead and book, I cant see myself rebooking here again, it provided a stay but not a lovely memorable experience which I was expecting to be honest.
