Dear Mr Benito,Thank you for your message.We are sincerely sorry about the inconvenience you suffered due to the general power outage of Sunday 17th of March.This outage also impacted our boilers, the reason why we did not have any hot water.This outage, while having a high impact, is an isolated incident and does not reflect the quality of service that we want to offer to our guests.Despite all the efforts and measures taken to fix the power outage, we recognise that the repairs took time, and we understand your dissatisfaction.We sent you a separated message, through the Expedia plateform regarding the compensation for the inconvenience.Our renovation works started in July 2023 and information are clearly stated on our website as well as the ones of our partners (including Expedia). Moreover, through the Expedia messaging system, additional information is given to guests once the reservation has been done.
