Tolles Hotel, sehr nah am Disneyland und man ist schnell zu Fuß im Village und den Disney Parks. Auch und Einkaufszentrum ist es nicht so weit ;-) Wunderschön ist das Hotel und die Natur drum herum angelegt. Nur konnte man sich in den Gängen des Hotels manchmal schon verlaufen.

I travelled with an kognitive disabled person and I have to say that it was made very easy to have her part in everything. The food was good, the waiters been very friendly to my old little person. She really enjoyed her stay. I find the bathtub a bit high for kids and disabled people, but manageable. Our rooms were in the north west wing. To our luck right near to the main centre of the hotel, so my person didn’t got lost. Yet it was right beside the stairs to the Terrasse and the steps been very loud, so you hear them all night if people went up and down, it was very loud and the walls not as thick as I expected of a hotel for kids.. but after the Thursday night you might get used to it. The staff was over all very friendly and the shuttle was very convenient. Definitely a hotel I go back too

If you are familiar with Disney properties, you are familiar with just how great they can be. This is not one of them. I would put this at or below an All Star Resort in Orlando with rooms that are well below average for an extreme price of over $650 a night.

Worst experience ever in an hotel. Comes to mind the government-run hotels in Jugoslavia in 1989. Staff Is rude and not polite. Structure is dirty, outdated and overpriced. People working here behave like they know that somehow they cannot be fired even if you treat you in the worst of the way. Everyone waits for some information on some screen and sometimes you wait for hours because there is an error with your qr code.They say they are waiting for this sort of magical information that will appear (or not), like it doesn't depends on them. Like there is some sort of big brother from some remote system control room that allows them to act or not to act. Basically this structure gives you the clear idea that is amateurishly managed and even more amateurishly run.

Globalement nous sommes satisfaits de notre sejour. Personnel gentil et accueillant. -Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine après nos journées aux parcs. Techniquement très agreable, dommage que l’eau soit si froide. Heuresement que jaccuzi permet de se rechauffer un temps. La piscine est propre et suffisament grande pour la frequentation. Cependant, dommage que la piscine soit dans un bâtimment exterieur et non dans l’enceinte même de l’hôtel. -Parcs à proximité à pied, 10-15 mins, très facilement faisable à pied sinon il y une navette. Suite aux avis des autres clients et étant avec un bébé, j’ai fait le choix de payer plus cher pour avoir une chambre dans le bâtiment principal, l’hôtel etant assez vaste… je pense que cela à jouer Chambre simple mais avec l’equipement suffisant ( bouilloire, lit bébé si besoin, mini frigo, coffre…) et surtout propre.

Brilliant Hotel - Feb 2024
Sequoia Lodge was a brilliant base for our trip to Disneyland, being incredibly comfy and accommodating, and only a short walk to the parks. I also must recommend if you have time that you pop into the shop and find out how to do the "Discovery Quest", so much fun during a rainy afternoon, and a chance to win some prizes!! The room was an accessible one, being close to nearby facilities and very spacious. The mattress were firm, but not terribly so (just not what I'm used to). Everyone we interacted with was absolutely lovely (shoutout to Manon at Concierge!) and we loved the cosy, natural décor. The breakfast buffet was varied so everyone had a good choice of food, and they made sure to help someone in my party get some decaf coffee (he can't have caffeine). Honestly a lovely stay, and would definitely recommend Sequoia Lodge to anyone looking for a Disney hotel with the money to spend.

Das Zimmer hat nach Chlor gerochen. Wir müssten zurück zur Rezeption und ein unangenehmes Gespräch führen damit uns das Zimmer wechseln. Hotel war voll und das heißt es hat gedauert bis wir endlich im Zimmer waren. Ich werde sagen: wir werden nie mehr Standard Zimmer im Nebengebäude nehmen. Matratzen sind furchtbar. Die müssten längst entsorgt sein. Die Lage ist gut, ein sehr schönes Hotel wenn man kein schlechtes Zimmer bekommt. Ich werde nur Club Zimmer im diesem Hotel empfehlen. Da waren die Matratzen in Ordnung und ohne Gestank im Zimmer.

The sequoia lodge was great to stay in. Loved it. They need more sockets in the rooms though.

Good option for a quick one night stay before moving on. The guest services were friendly and always accommodating. The property is dated and unclean throughout. The food options were not plentiful and consisted of the same styles. The pool was detached and away from main lodge so made for a cold walk. Nice theming in the pool area and had a water slide, which was fun. The room was sad in many ways. Limited options for plug ins, but did have a charging cube for cable free capabilities. No mini fridge to keep drinks cold and one tiny trash can hidden in the shower area. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, but was good for a tired traveler. The towels could use some refreshing. Felt like sandpaper against your body and very thin. The central bar had nice options for anyone. Service ass great and spoke many languages to accommodate. Quick easy park access, less than 10 mins. Nice location overall. Would likely not stay at our next visit, but always fun to try different hotels around the parks.

What i like the most about the Disney Sequoia Lodge was how close in walking distance Disneyland Paris was and the quietness of the resort with such beautiful landscape.
