Dear ms. Hollis,We are sorry that you had such an experience staying in our hotel. At the moment we are undergoing some construction works on the outside of the building. The construction works are in preparation for the Olympic Games in Paris, as many other constructions going on now in the city. We always put the clients needs first so we try to find the best solution for everyone and make your stay as comfortable as possible. You might find some rooms small for tall people, as it is an old building, so the ceilings are not as tall as in newly built buildings. We took note for all the thungs mentioned and will do our best to change it. Thank you
