We recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share our experience. The room we booked was described as a standard double room ,and we were excited to see a photo featuring two double beds. However, we were a bit surprised when we arrived to find that our room was quite small and only had one double bed. As a mother and daughter traveling together, we were hoping for a bit more space or even two separate beds.
During our stay, we encountered a few challenges. Unfortunately, we did not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning was not working properly ,which made our visit less comfortable. Additionally, the kettle's handle was quite hot, which resulted in my mom sustaining a burn. We also found the hairdryer difficult to use, and the bed was not as supportive as we had hoped, leading to some discomfort.
We noticed that the elevator was primarily used for transporting housekeeping items, which meant we had to take the stairs several times. Moreover, there was some confusion regarding complimentary items; while the receptionist initially mentioned that one bottle of water was free, we later learned that it actually had a cost.
While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, we believe that addressing these issues could significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we felt that the hotel may be better suited ted for a two-star rating at this time. Thank you for considering our feedback, and we hope it helps improve the experience for future guests.
