Wir sind als 4-köpfige Familie im Novotel gewesen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fanden wir wirklich top. Mit der Linie C konnten wir sehr gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen und mussten nicht viel umsteigen. Auch der Service im Hotel war gut. Wir hätten uns beim Frühstück etwas mehr Obst gewünscht, aber es gab reichlich Auswahl an anderen Sachen. Die tägliche Ration Obst haben wir uns einfach am Obststand gegenüber des Hotels geholt. ;) Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Es war eigentlich also super - nur beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht (zB Nutella für die Kids). Richtiges Besteck (Gabeln waren ein Hauch von nix) wäre auch super gewesen.

L’hôtel est très confortable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout proche des transports en commun. Le point négatif de notre séjour en réservant via expédia, c est que nous avons payé 30€ de plus que ce qui a été annoncé lors de la réservation ☹️

Super recomendo
Hotel muito bom, recomendo. Muito bom a localização, conforto e café da manhã. O quarto é grande. É um pouco afastado do cento da cidade, porém, muito perto do metro e com isso acesso a toda a cidade. Próximo tem restaurantes.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We thought we would save some money by symtaying farther from the city but it’s not worth it. Very run down rooms ac was broken and we saw cockroaches in our room

Great hotel, very clean with everything you need for a stay in Paris. Out of the tourist hotspots so very affordable & great value, but only 10 mins on the train to Eiffel Tower area (main rail line and tram line just across the road). Great dining choices locally, including a fantastic food stall market located by the train station. Room was clean, spacious and had great facilities and the staff were really nice. What more could you need? We thoroughly enjoyed

Bei der Anreise war ein Angestellter da der gut englisch sprechen konnte. Hier kommen viele business Reisende unter. Frühstück gut, Zimmer sehr leise Dank guter Fenster. Anbindung zur Metro 10 Minuten Fußweg, RER C und der Tram vor der Tür

The hotel was perfectly clean, the staff were helpful and polite. The rooms spacious, great air conditioned and spotless. The breakfast was good, the hot could be better (sloppy scrambled eggs). Great location, with great transport links.

Bald headed mixed race boy in his 30s very rude and disgusting attitude. When asked for towels and extra pillows he got very angry and denied us. He argued for 15 minutes straight and banged on about his ‘masters degree’ and showing his moral high ground whilst working minimum wage on the clock. Very rude staff. Would not recommend. Also no basic tea facilities in room, disgusting attitude from bald man in reception. Fire alarm went off with no explanation given at 7am about 5 times. It was sooooo loud my ear drums are still ringing. Will never return to this hotel had nightmares of the bald headed rude boy.
