Très bel hôtel
Très bel hôtel, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain car il faisait vraiment trop froid. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait, la décoration de l'hôtel est super sympa. Je pourrais revenir dans cet hôtel sans problème.

Stay was good. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly, assisted with directions when needed. There was a variety of food selection at breakfast.

Love this hotel, would book again
This hotel was amazing, just outside of the Paris ring road and the metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were in the centre of Paris in no time. The hotel is big and the room we stayed in was large with a massive bed. All facilities are amazing and I would recommend the breakfast buffet. The price on the details of the hotel was €20 per person per day but when you go to the add on it only ended up being an extra £15 for 2 people for 2 mornings. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking facility owned by the hotel, it is €24 per night but it’s well worth it for the piece of mind. It is private and secure and there were plenty of available spaces. There are restaurants a short walk from the hotel in both directions.

Worth the price - refill of products could improve
Good cost - quality factor. Poor (non) refill of coffee for Nespresso machine in room (and not possible to buy "proffesional"" pods in Nespresso stores). Also no refill of shampoo in bathroom ++ (was empty the entire 5 day stay). Breakfast very expensive (EUR 22/person extra). Communication to airport not ideal (+1 hrs and change) Be aware that hotel takes deposit of more than full cost at check-in.

Couldn’t ask for a better hotel!
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us store our bags safely before we checked into our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location, a short walk from the metro station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

La chambre spacieuse et un lit très comfortable. La chambre est propre est agréable. La déco triste, mais ce n’est pas très grave pour moi. Par contre le couloir est assez frustrant, l’odeur chimique se mélange à l’odeur de transpiration et vomi… donc la clientèle doit pas être très correcte. Grand plus est le garage en sous-sol. Je pense que je reviendrai et j’espère que j’aurai moins d’inconfort pour traverser les couloirs une prochaine fois.

Vi tillbringade 5 nätter här och det var kanon från början till slut. Lätt att ta sig till med bilen när vi kom ifrån Sverige och mycket bra parkeringsgarage under hotellet. Läget var toppen med bara några hundra meter till Metron. Alltid rent och snyggt och sist men inte minst super trevlig och hjälpsam personal, en extra stjärna till dem!

Beautiful property, close to train stations makes it very convenient. Front desk people is nice and kind specially Mr Israel who provided a really pleasant welcome, with his multilingual skills he provided us good advice about use of local train services and other information. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't working properly but Israel took care of the situation. Thank you very much Voco Di París for that wonderful experience.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location is not great but an Uber to Champs Elysees would cost around 15 euros, so it’s not that bad after all.

This time around, i was very disappointed. The carpet looked filthy, the safe/coffer was not operable, the tv did not work, but the only good thing was the staff. The employees were very professional.
