I prefer to be on the first floor near the office and my request was granted. The room was fresh and updated. The beds were comfortable. We were greeted with amazing front desk staff. Across the board, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I do recommend pork bacon be separated in another tray and not in same enclosure with non pork food items

We enjoyed the hot tub to relax in while the kids swam in the pool . The gym was good to have but kids should be able to workout as well as long as adults are with them. Sometimes they need to run on the treadmill to get some energy out.
