"The first night when I was trying to check in there was a mishap with Expedia. The girl at the front desk was rude and dismissive. That was on Saturday 6/20 at around 4:00 pm. The next day Melissa helped us at the front desk and she could not have been nicer or more helpful!"

"The service was terrible at both Fireside and Barking Frog. We had to get our own drinks Sunday evening and breakfast the next day was a ridiculous wait for food. They said they were training. Not an excuse. The tv in room kept pixelating and the tv in the mirror didn’t work. Rooms needed updating. I’ve been a guest a few times and honestly I was embarrassed I picked this placed. Wont be coming back."

"At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...

"Room was clean, staff was accommodating, bed was comfortable, parking was free and easy, breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. Eggs were not from fresh eggs but obviously from a container. Sausage was not easy to look at. There’s was not much of a variety."

"My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the Seattle area. Although it's an older property, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The double room was large enough for our family. The breaksfast area was well stocked and we appreciated that it stayed open until 9:30AM, which meant we didn't have to rush to breakfast. Great value compared to other options and a convenient 25 minute drive into downtown."

"The staff wasn’t clear that our room would not be serviced at all so we were disappointed. They sent someone to take our trash but didn’t clean and didn’t replace coffee. Overall good stay and I’d stay again just would be helpful to have clarity about servicing."
