"The only two areas I think could use some improvement are the food options and the air conditioning. As someone who doesn’t eat pork or red meat, I would have appreciated more chicken options, as there weren’t many available. Additionally, the AC in the room wasn’t blowing cold air. Other than those two things, everything else was great. I truly enjoyed my stay and had a pleasant experience."

"Fun trip with the family. The amenities were nice and our family thought the food was overall good but the service was even better. Been to multiple Cancun, Costa Mujeres resorts and the rooms are monster than most but was not in the room enough anyways to affect us too much. Overall very nice stay!"

"The cleaning was superb especially with the two daily cleanings. Staff are very friendly. Food offerings were ok but nothing special. The fact that some restaurants are not for the family package but for the adult package is very limiting. So although having 9 restaurants, only one option is available for breakfast and it is the same everyday no changes. Also wine should be limited to certain areas not everywhere even in rooms and in the middle of the reception since this is not advertised as "adult only". I would prefer to spend money on real services instead od spe ding on wine for ppl who drink million times a day. Wine should be an additional charge on the main package and not letus pay for it."
