Beautiful all inclusive resort with incredible food and endless dining options! Some really fun activities, especially in the evenings (silent disco, acrobatics show). Spa is not included which is fine but it’s insanely pricey. Check in and check out processes took a little longer than usual. Otherwise had a really lovely time!

We had an amazing 5 night stay. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our suite came with everything we needed including bug spray - even though I didn't see a single mosquito on the trip. I loved the spa hydrotherapy and had the best massage ever. Not to mention the food was delicious and I really appreciated the options and variety. We will be coming back!

Atelier Playa exceeded our expectations. This was our first time at this resort as we usually go to LeBlanc. From the moment we stepped into the property it was great. The property is huge and has many amenities and restaurants. Bring comfy shoes. Making reservation for dinners is highly recommended. It is super clean and comfortable. Staff is excellent and friendly. Because the property is so big and spacious you don't feel it is overwhelming and overcrowded. We mainly stayed at the relaxing pool which is located in building 3. We will be back!!

The food at every restaurant including the Cafe was incredible, by far the best food at any all inclusive I've stayed at Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pools and beach were great. Only knock was mini bar replenishment, arrived Thursday and had a few beverages out of it and after multiple requests it was finally replenished Saturday.

The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and always helpful. The resort had everything we wanted and made for a memorable experience. Don’t know that we will be able to top this hotel and we will be back.

ATELIER Playa Mujeres was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. We stayed in a swim-up suite and absolutely loved it—it was one of our favorite parts of the trip and made the stay feel extra relaxing. We also had INSPIRA, which made the experience even better and added a really special touch. The service was outstanding, everyone was welcoming and attentive, and the food was excellent. The beach itself is beautiful, although there was some sargassum during our stay. Even with that, the overall experience was incredible. Between the swim-up suite, amazing dining, and the atmosphere throughout the resort, it was a truly memorable stay and we would absolutely come back.

Having been to many All Inclusive resorts in the last 10 years, Atelier was hands down the best we have been to. From the check-in experience, to the rooms, service, and food it was 5 stars all the way across.

The pools were great. Overall it was a great experience however you are trapped in the property. Only one store...unless you drink 24 hourrs a day I wouldn't recommend it

We just returned from a wonderful stay. The service at the pool and the beach was amazing! A breakfast buffet at Mercado 19 like I've never seen! The room was great too. The only complaint, if you can call it that, was with the ocean view. Although we paid for the ocean view, it was more of golf course view with an ocean glimpse! That being said, we can't wait to return!!
