"Me gusto mucho las personas, son bien cálidas y amables, los restaurantes estan super bien, el hotel super limpio, lo único fue la playa, estaba muy sucia y no pudimos disfrutar de el mar, tal vez la temporada estaba muy mala, pero al menos hubieran limpiado la playa para que no oliera mal ya si no te puedes meter al mar al menos puedes caminar y disfrutar los atardeceres."

"The resort itself was nice enough, somewhat dated, but the grounds were clean, the landscaping was beautiful, the pools were well maintained and there were plenty of sitting areas all throughout the property. We took our toddler to the kids center, and while the staff was lovely, a lot of the toys had missing pieces, or needed the batteries changed. The space itself was nice, but there didn't seem to be as many interactive toys or games as I would have expected. They did have a kids disco night...

"Clean room, breakfast was good, drinks were good"

"Property was well maintained and updated staff was ok pleasant we did go on a very rainy season the place smelled horrible because of the seaweed not a lot to do in the resort for younger couples food in the kitchen Buffett was ok nothing out of the world."

"Service was AMAZING. Food was not up to the standard we expected."

FLIMSY SPRING MATTRESS w/ 2 thin SHEETS no duvet covers. & flat pillows This resort caters more to couples 55+ so i would not recommend it if you want a more lively atmosphere. There were alot of elderly people. Lastly our balcony door was a hassle to open and close. Mostly the reason i wouldnt...

"Great stay; accommodation and amenities very good. We’ll be back"

"Our overall trip was excellent! Right from the start, check-in was seamless, and our luggage arrived in our room shortly after we did. The staff member who brought our bags took the time to show us how everything worked and gave us a great overview of the resort. Housekeeping was top-notch—providing robes, slippers, a steamer, a hairdryer, and high-quality toiletries. The mini-bar service was also fantastic and consistently restocked every day as promised. There was a great variety of dining...

"This place was a great time for a first time stay at cancun! Staff was awesome and super fun. The rooms were really nice. I’ve only stayed at one other all inclusive resort in another country (dominican republic) and I felt as though this resort was better only because we had upgraded to serenity. You had two additional restaurants; one called the vista which had the best tacos ever (very authentic) and you also had access to two private pools (three pools total in the resort. Otherwise the...
