"Great location for Terminal 1 but not walkable to get to the other terminals. Overall it’s fine. Comfortable, and relatively quiet (unless you happen to be near noisy neighbors, as I was)"

"The whole place is clean and beautiful, most of the staff is helpful and very friendly. The people trying to constantly sell you the package upgrade are VERY friendly. The food is Mid at best, if you want a good pastry forget about it. The pool is beautiful, and the water park looks fun but it all closes at 5pm so it's hard to enjoy if you are doing any excursions or tourism. But if you have any issues, booking schedules, dinner reservations or anything else, good luck. Noone knows what's going on, we were bounced around for hours going in circles being told to do one thing tomorrow to fix it, just to me told tomorrow... No that can't be done! However, they have no issues trying to sell you on the idea of spending 10's of thousands of dollars. On their "world class" resort. That in reality is not better than any cruise ship I've been on."

"I was very disappointed that the beach was entirely unusable due to an overwhelming amount of smelly seaweed. This caused the pool deck to be overcrowded and hard to find a pool chair if you didn’t stake one out early in the morning. The food was amazing!"

"Nice property and helpful staff with a beautiful pool. Unfortunately there was algae on the beach which made it hard to swim or go near the beach. I went as a single and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend sole travelers to go here as it’s primarily made for adult couples and families."

"Property is very clean and huge. The staff is friendly. Minor issue with toilet (previous guest flushed a card) but maintenance responded quickly and professionally. Our personal assistant Israel was the best. He made our stay special. "

"Good resort, service was a little slow at all the bars except the beach bar. I feel like they needed more staff working at them. The resort needs to print an itinerary for you when you check in because we missed a lot of activities by not knowing they were happening. They do have an itinerary you can download but cell service is not good there with some services. The food was great! Most of the staff was nice and helpful, especially Maria at the beach bar! Lots of pool options and a lot of wildlife to see! I would definitely go back to this resort again."
