"Great value for your dollar! Expedia VIP granted us an upgraded bracelet to allow us into the neighbouring resort. Highly recommended this as the food at Coba is mediocre, the Akumal resort however had amazing food. On par with premium Vegas buffets. VIP premium also got us a free bottle of Tequila to take home. "I had a really nice and comfortable stay. Berenice at the spa was amazing. Opdulia was such a pleasure at breakfast. Manuel made the best drinks by the beach. Carlos did too by the pool. Everyone was just so nice and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. The rooms are a little outdated. I’d work on that. But that’s my only complaint. "

"What a gem. Have stayed here about 5 times over the last 10 years. Beautiful ocean views. Easy access to the water. Pictures of property stand up over time. Staff are always great.
