"Now this is the type of resort that means what they say: ALL INCLUSIVE. When I say that everything was amazing, it was--from concierge service (Francisco & Gerardo specifically) to room service (Lorenzo)to the dining options and customer service (Francisco that worked at Seaside Grill & Himitsu) to the entertainment provided by Lina. I HIGHLY recommend that when choosing your suite--get the swim out, you will NOT regret it! "

Restaurants are okay, the workers they were all very friendly and helpful. This resort It’s a bit far from both airports so taxis will charge over $100 to take you there. As well as any taxis to playa del Carmen around $40. Also you will see animals like mapaches, iguanas and I even saw a snake. For someone like me that doesn’t like animals maybe is...

"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"
