We stayed in room 2309 at Casa 2, and the cleanliness was a perfect 10/10—everything was spotless and very well maintained. We traveled to celebrate our son’s second birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special for our family. A huge shoutout to Ivan, who took exceptional care of us and made sure every need was met. His attention and kindness really made our stay unforgettable.
