"This place is one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed at. The towels smelled like mildew, I doubt they were even changed. Same with the bedding, reeked of stale pee. There were stains all over the walls and floor, the room was basically falling apart. My room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was also a giant crack down my window that was taped up. The owner should be embarrassed of the condition of this place. Might be the cheapest place in the area but not even...

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast."

Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating."

"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"The front desk was very helpful with their driver(taxi), Charlie to bring us back from car rental return at airport and taking us early the next am to train station. The restaurant there, Fletchers’, which is not related to the Omni, was absolutely terrible."
