"Really wanted to give this place 5 stars and an excellent review because we were very impressed with how spacious and clean the rooms were, but unfortunately they don’t seem to have it together in other areas. We chose this hotel specifically for the hot buffet breakfast that was included in the stay because we had been traveling for over a week and sick of continental breakfasts. Anyway, upon check in we were told by the sweet girl at the front desk that breakfast would be served from 6:00 am - 10:00 am, which coincided with the info on the hotels app that I booked it from. 5-9 on weekdays, 6-10 on weekends. We woke up on Sunday (note- weekend) April 26th and came down for breakfast before our long travel day around 9:15 am. To our surprise, the entire thing was shut down, turned off and they were finishing cleaning it. I asked why since we were told, and the app confirms, it would be until 10 and the front desk girl told us, “yeah I don’t know who worked last night to tell you that.” Soon after another guest came down for breakfast and was obviously as disappointed as we were as he was told the same thing. So either they don’t know what they’re doing in general as staff, or they decided to start cleaning early thinking there were guests left. Either way, it was unprofessional and ruined our stay- hence the low rating. Never again. "
