"Staff is very helpful and careful, every small detail was taken into consideration. The rules about quiet space 10pm-8am to let other guests sleep well.
Small desk and chair added to the room because I mentioned my need to work remotely (and btw the really fast internet through free WiFi connection, best which I had for this 3 weeks trip around Great Lakes)."

"No staff on site. AT ALL. Bar never open. Had to call customer service to get room door unlocked and all other guest had the same issue. Room was extremely small. Advertisement is completely misleading. A room cost more than the Colonial down the road which is way better and has amazing staff on site with extra amenities. What a joke and a waste of money The Kiwi motel is."
