"Easily accessed from the highway, easy check in, friendly staff. Our handicap accessible room was larger than any we have stayed in, and provided enough room for s wheelchair to move freely. Loved the decor, upbeat and welcoming. Loved the entire concept."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and all the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra special. "

"The room was very clean, staff friendly, and amenities provided. However, the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable and the room, no matter how low we set the temp, was just stuffy and warm. This made for 3 nights of uncomfortable sleep. I would book here again because we felt safe and everything was wonderful, but hopefully a different room with a more comfortable bed and better AC is available. "

"The tv did not work in my room and there was no coffee bar in the room…..did have a microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast was the bare basics and limited. The hairdryer in my room was broken. I requested a king bed and got two queens. The front desk lady was very nice as well as the housekeeper. Convenient location for one night."

"Lobby had trash that was left, smell as soon as you walk in, staff at desk was in back for attest 10 minutes before he came to check us in, dirt in hallways, room dingy, smelly, and hotel needs renovations. Air was not working properly and another guest must have been up all night slamming door. If it was not for the fact that it was midnight when we stopped and I’m not familiar with Houston, I would have definitely left. This hotel was not represented well online at all "
