"Check in is at 3pm but the pool closed at 8:00pm which is early for guest that’s staying at the hotel, that was very disappointing for my family. We booked 8 rooms."

"We thought it may be better to move the gate opening mechanism to the middle of the driveway with 2 separate gates so that both sides can operate simultaneously. With the current setup, people who are trying to leave the hotel at the same time someone is arriving, have to wait on the person to use their key before the gate opens since the opening mechanism sits only on one side. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything was great! Thanks for a great stay."

"The hotel was very nice. The king room could if had another chair to sit on. The breakfast restaurant was beautiful, and breakfast had many choices. Dinner was served in the bar area and could have had better choices. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was undergoing a new reconstruct. The paint in the building was dull and peeling. There were cracks in the ceiling and the carpet was filthy. The television and telephones did not work in some rooms and the bathroom flooded. My room was changed three different times on different floors, which was exhausting. As far as the amenities go, the whole five days that were spent at this hotel, the Jacuzzi did not work properly, and the staff did nothing to change that."
