"Upon arrival we were greeted by a three deep line waiting to check in. All of us waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor. Upon showering this morning the tub backed up and I ended up standing in 4 inch deep water. Absolutely disgusting. "I have been to this hotel multiple times and have never once had a problem. The rooms are very well kept and the staff is so friendly. The breakfast is always great. We can always find parking out front which is so much better than most hotels in the area. Will continue coming here anytime we come to the area!!"

"The room was ok. It seems like they only dus and sweep the big areas(not the side of the bed that's next to the wall). The lamps were also dusty. The hallways need a fresh coat of paint and there were bits of trash on the floor. The elevator also had trash on the floor."

"We have used this hotel for several years because it is well-located for our visits. They have been fine in the past, but this year they had a major renovation on-going and that was very disruptive. They changed hallway carpet with many tenants in the building. Workers were reasonably quiet, but you had to step over construction debris and avoid stairways that had blocked doors.
