"Clean room, ear-plugs provided in case noise was an issue. The stay was very nice with two caveats: 1) (biggest) there is no safe parking in the area and the hotel parking is a mandatory $25/night valet 2) The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast with not-so-good black coffee. For those two reasons I didn't give it a perfect 5 star review."

"Really disappointed with our stay here. Room's furnished with Ikea and not in great condition. Loud AC units. Our fridge wasn't working, so it froze all of our produce on day one. Cleaning is only on request with 24 hours advance notice.All of the pictures show a balcony, but very few rooms have one and we didn't get one. Pool area is nice but overall, this is a three star at best. Area is pretty rundown and restaurants aren't great in the area either we won't come back."

"The breakfast was great, made to order eggs and omelettes and all the other breakfast staples. Welcome reception with snacks and free drinks was great as well. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and all rooms open onto the lobby with a large skylight above. It can be a little loud at night with people hanging out, but by 10:30 it was all quiet. Had a great sleep, the bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. We arrived early from our cruise at 10:30 am and we were given a key to use the pool area and gym and they locked up our luggage until our room was ready. Will definitely stay here again before or after our next cruise. "

"Great convenient location, excellent value for Brickell, quiet spot. Really liked the self parking in the hotel garage at prices much less than neighboring hotels. Publix across the street and near the train. "
