"Where do I begin? Checking in was fine, no issues. However, once we got to our room it sounded like a whole circus was happening in the room above us and next to us. "It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

"The staff have all been amazing. We have found the various hotel rooms there that we have stayed in to be very clean. The hotel staff have all been friendly and gracious. The Taphouse is great, our favorite bartender is Nathan. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and is very kind. The food/restaurant is great perk as well. The breakfast buffet is really good too."

"Property staff was very amicable. Kelvin in the front desk was extremely accommodating and was able to give us a room soon as we checked in despite being 2 hours early (we got lucky it had been cleaned already, because we were exhausted!); Oldy at the Cafe Btwn bar was so nice and fun to talk to. The only downside was that the AC was not working properly for the first two days - it kept fluctuating from 73 to 78; it got really hot in there!! Other than that, I would def recommend. Perfect spot...
