"The facility was clean and well-maintained overall. When I first checked in, unfortunately, my assigned room had not been cleaned yet. I spoke with the front desk, and they were very accommodating and quickly switched me to a different room.
The new room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated how quickly the staff resolved the issue. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus. They had a nice outdoor pet area...

"I really enjoyed the property and the staff. The room was very clean, we received new towels and sheets every day, the pool was clean the indoor and outdoor one. Amenities were also nice, they do have a Starbucks in the lobby which was awesome! Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Fort Collins again."

"When we arrived, our hotel room had a weird smell. The bathroom smelled like vomit. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in our bathroom for a family of 6 for two nights. There was absolutely no conditioner in the shower, and the sofa bed was broken. Whoever cleaned/prepared our room did a terrible job!"

"We chose this hotel because we needed a two-bedroom suite for our family. My Expedia confirmation clearly showed a two-bedroom suite, but when we arrived, the hotel told us they only had us booked into a one-bedroom. They said it was an Expedia issue and that there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have any two-bedroom suites available.
Unfortunately, this meant our kids had to sleep on the pullout couch instead of having their own bedroom, which was the entire reason we booked this...

"The hotel is old. Rooms are small. Our bathroom has no exhaust fan. So it was like a sauna in there. Needed towels the 2nd night there. We were told to bring our used towels to the front desk and they'd give us new ones.
We had ants in our bathroom. Our shower drain slowed down to slow. They told us it was probably hair in the shower. In four night , I don't think we shed that much hair and the shower curtain wouldn't stay put.
