Experiencia horrible!!

Terrible!!! Horrible!! La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida… hotel sucio, hasta ranas en el baño, millones de mosquitos, paredes que necesitan pintar, baños con los azulejos súper sucios.. cama incómoda, aires acondicionados que suenan como locomotoras… nunca volvería ni aunque me lo regalaran. Hotel súper sucio… y caro!! Necesita una reforma urgente!! O que lo cierren

Boa estadia

O quarto é perfeito. Boa dormida, quarto e banheiro bem amplos, limpos e cheirosos, com varanda. Os funcionários são gentis, café da manhã ok. O hotel tem grande potencial para ser o melhor da região, mas deixa a desejar na área externa. Poderia ter maior manutenção e limpeza. Como passei a maior parte da estadia em passeio não me incomodou. Se for apenas para dormida e café da manhã tudo bem, mas para "aproveitar o hotel" não recomendo.

Ruim, falta de limpeza, sem condições o banheiro, faltou papel, toalhas limpas, suporte para shampoo e sabonete, Tivemos que solicitar troca de toalhas, papel higiênico (básico)… mediante isso, foi trocamos de hotel sem receber reembolso.

Um hotel muito bonito se fosse melhor cuidado. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, quando precisamos de auxilio para mudar de quarto foram muito prestativos, quarto confortável mas acredito que por ficar muito fechado, cheirava mofo, cafe da manha uma delicia, mas tivemos um inconveniente com hospedes do quarto ao lado que eram muito barulhentos e sem nocao mesmo.

O hotel é bem organizado, no período em que estive hospedado estava inclusive passando por uma reforma. Possui um deck com uma vista muito linda para o Rio, além de uma ótima piscina nessa parte. O quarto em si é confortável. O único ponto de atendia é que algumas partes do hotel já mostram que precisam de uma manutenção, como é possível ver através da ferrugem em alguns pontos, mas no geral é o ótimo hotel, ficando próximo a muita coisa!

Bom e confortavel apto; café da manhã poderia ter manteiga e não margarina. Minha escolha por este hotel foi por ter piscina. Ele dispõe de 4 piscinas..... todas impraticaveis, ambiente abandonado. Não deu coragem de entrar em nenhuma delas. Pessoal super simpático e atencioso.

Muito bom, mas poderia ser excelente

O resort possui espaço excelente, o ambiente é lindo, apesar de não possuir a manutenção devida. Algumas instalações precisam de revitalização. Pelo preço, acredito que o verde poderia estar mais verde, sendo portanto, melhor cuidado. Os quartos são espaçosos, aconchegantes. Pelo valor cobrado e pela quantidade de alternativas de lazer, penso que compensa. Mas, enfatizo a necessidade de revitalização de um ambiente tão bonito. Café da manhã bem serviço e o atendimento foi excelente, funcionário cordiais e prestativos. Possui uma área linda de frente para o rio Parnaíba, com piscinas e lugares para descanso, área esta que poderia ser melhor aproveitada, fica uma dica para o proprietário, pq não fazer algum evento? Ou até mesmo disponibilizar na área a venda de bebidas e comida.

Suítes amplas, mas com manutenção deficiente

A princípio me deram uma suíte muito ruim, com cortinas/persianas velhas e danificadas, com falhas, portas velhas e com respingos de tinta, dando uma aparência bem ruim ao ambiente. Solicitei a troca imediata. Aguardei cerca de 1 hora e me instalaram em 1 suíte melhor. Mas, nesta segunda, o chuveiro, que já era bem ruim, queimou e na manhã seguinte não tínhamos mais banho quente. Trocamos novamente de suíte. Essa terceira ainda mais ampla, mas os fios do chuveiro começaram a cheirar a queimado. No dia seguinte o chuveiro foi trocado e o problema resolvido. Mas, no amplo banheiro, em boas condições, havia um vazamento na conexão da ducha higiênica. Pra não ter que fazer nova reclamação e ter que novamente trocar de suíte, deixávamos uma toalha de rosto no local para a água não escorrer para o meio do banheiro. As suítes são grandes, o que gera conforto. O que falta são cuidados de manutenção. Camas boas, lençois limpos, TVs boas. Há funcionários bem preparados e gentis, mas há alguns pouco experientes. Café da manhã simples, mas razoável. Local muito quente e não ligavam o ar. Como estava chovendo, na parte externa havia muito barro, sujando os carros e os sapatos na caminhada até chegarmos ao prédio. Apenas no último dia de estadia é que pudemos utilizar as piscinas, que são boas, embora o local seja rústico pela própria proposta do hotel. O Wifi, no inicio razoável, nos últimos dias ficou horrível. Para assistir Netflix tive que usar o roteador do meu celular.

Manutenção das instalações muito mal feita.

A princípio me colocaram em uma suíte horrível, com cortinas/persianas velhas e danificadas (faltando fitas, o que impedia a cobertura completa da janela), portas velhas e com respingos de tinta, dando uma aparência bem ruim ao ambiente. Solicitei a troca imediata. Aguardei cerca de 1 hora e me instalaram em 1 suíte melhor. Mas, nesta segunda, o chuveiro, que já era bem ruizinho, queimou e na manhã seguinte não tínhamos mais banho quente. As suítes são grandes, o que é motivo para ser confortável. Camas boas, TVs boas. Como estava chovendo, a parte externa que deveria ser gramada, transformou-se em puro barro, sujando os carros e os sapatos na caminhada até chegarmos ao prédio.
